A Tuesday morning hatha yoga practice for all bodies, ages and stages…. Let’s start 2026 off with a bang by coming back to ourselves!
Heart of Yoga emphasises breath awareness first and foremost, then invites us to find and cultivate our own rhythm and relationship to the body and how it moves within each breath. This connection with our present moment experience, clearly anchoring our awareness in the here and now – brings us a new sense of ease and understanding of the union that is at the heart of yoga.

The physical practices we will explore together in this class will be quite simple – expect warm ups, flowing sequences (vinyasa) and some held postures and strengtheners – nothing involving extreme acts of flexibility! Each session will begin with guided group practice, followed by a short relaxation, pranayama and chanting, then meditation to finish.

Please note: this class is for EVERYONE. It will be accessible for beginners but still contain challenges for more experienced practitioners. I will always be happy to help find you alternatives or modifications for anything we do that doesn’t feel right in your body.
You are welcome to join in this class approximately 3 months postpartum as well as during pregnancy (*recommended only if you have prior yoga experience, otherwise please consider my evening prenatal course)
