I have just finished teaching my first block of Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga courses online and have learnt so much… I am extremely grateful to my wonderful guinea pigs for bearing with me as I climbed that steep learning curve!
While covid-related restrictions seem on the verge of easing, there is still a lot of uncertainty around how this may play out over the next month or two, so in the meantime new online courses begin in the last week of May. I am also offering casual classes for people who have already completed a course with me.
